Introduction

Just as when it was established, Maplewood Preschool continues today to provide a program of developing education for young children in the community.  We realize that children progress at different rates and learn through various methods, so we believe that they should have the freedom and opportunity to develop their physical, mental, and social capabilities with a feeling of success in a structured atmosphere.

Our Goals

  1. To enhance the child’s self-image, to stimulate intellectual growth and to expand the child’s knowledge of the world.
  2. To help the child relate to other children and adults.
  3. To provide opportunities for gross and fine motor development.
  4. To help the child relate to their own emotions.
  5. To express ideas and feelings through a variety of methods and materials.
  6. To help the child use language to communicate effectively.
  7. To help the child develop good listening skills and learn how to follow directions.
  8. To provide patient and affectionate teachers who understand child development and respond to the individual needs of children.

Class Sessions for 2012 - 2013

Maplewood Preschool offers morning and afternoon sessions.  Morning sessions run 8:45 am to 11:15am.  Afternoon sessions run 12:15pm to 2:45pm.

Tuition

5 days a week   $155.00 per month
3 days a week   $110.00 per month

4 days a week   $130.00 per month
2 days a week     $85.00 per month

If enrolling more than one child per family reduce the second child's tuition by 15%.

A $45.00 registration fee is required with each registration form and a copy of your child's current immunizations from your Health Provider.

Please note that no deductions or adjustments are made in tuition for absences including illness, vacation, partial month attendane, or for any other reason.
